The agency is owned by the three of us who were NRIs having lived outside India for over 35 years. While living abroad, we were faced with several situations that would require personal touches & therefore entailed frequent visits to India and spend innumerable hours. At such times, there was one statement that we often made ‘I wish there was someone to take care of this!’ and that’s where the idea of Commitment Services was born in 2018.
We decided to establish a bespoke service provider which would carry out routine but important tasks for families of fellow Kolkata NRI’s spread around the world. These tasks wouldn’t be limited to property management services, event management, miscellaneous personal services but also would include any other need-based services that we can always discuss and cater to if it lies within our capabilities.
